Mirrabooka 25/07/24 - Major Structural Defect - Splitting Strutting Beam

Perth One Real Estate contacted us to replace a structural strutting beam in the roof of this property in Mirrabooka that was due for settlement. The beam was secured to the existing beam and struts moved to load the new beam. . All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
