Mirrabooka 21/08/24 - Major Structural Defect - Sagging hip rafter

TMT was contacted to repair a sagging Hip rafter found during a property inspection report. We installed a structural beam in the roof and jacked up the rafter to position. Then installed a strut to take the load. All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
