Doubleview 30/07/24 - Major Structural Defect - Splitting Beam, Separating rafters

Force Real Estate contacted us to replace a structural beam in the roof of this property in Doubleview. There were rafters found to need remedial work in the Pre purchase inspection report. All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
