Clarkson 22/08/24 - Major Structural Defect - Sagging Underpurlin

Harcourts Real Estate contacted us to rectify a sagging underpurlin that was found in a pre purchase property inspection report by BestWest. All work was carried out to satisfy the report and a signed Statement of Completion was handed to the client for settlement.
