Balga 20/03/24 - Major structural defects. Collar ties, struts unsecured

Pre-purchase Building Inspection report by BestWest Inspections picked up on some Major defects that were required to be rectified before the settlement could go ahead. We installed the missing collar ties and strapped the flush cut struts as per inspection report before the settlement date.
