Alkimos 20/07/24 - Major Structural Defect - Strut fixings, Rectify cut ceiling joist

We attended this property under settlement in Alkimos to install Underpurlin to Strut connections that were missing. The ceiling joist had been cut to install a downlight. This was fixed by installing new joist section and hanger fixings
